My resolution is to try hard to not overdo things and get myself sick (without just jacking it all in for the month and sliding backwards). I've been sore and poorly, and I need to recover but I find keeping things balanced in my life quite difficult.

I want to ride 300 miles in November, I really need to wash my bike as well (so filthy!), and lower the sugar intake. I'll start by reducing the number of teaspoons of sugar I put in my morning tea by 1 teaspoon and my mid morning coffee by 1 teaspoon.
Better nutrition for November, more water, and little to no sugar. Weight training and trail riding. Yes, that was Bev. P.'s truck on the back 40 (Tall. national forest) road, and I didn't see T. I did a trail ride of over 2 hours through the most gorgeous color one could imagine. Bev, as soon as that knee gets the okay, lets ride. I'm good for pacing slower, to get you back!
October has come to an end. How fast the year is flying by. I am sad to say, I haven't stuck strictly to my nutrition guidelines this month. I really must do better for November. The PT is going well with my knee and I get at least 45 minutes of strength and stretching twice a day. That is helping a bit. I'm also back on the spin bike for at least 15 minutes twice a day. Not as much as I'm used to, but getting better every day.
For my November Resolution/goal, I must do better with my nutrition and faithfully do my PT so I can get back to my bike rides.
One Day at a Time: 1) walk/ride 30 minutes 2) learn something new 3) no chocolate 4) sew 1 bobbin full 5) do a good deed
