1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

___Mar 2014 goals:

Fabulous - my goal is ten miles by next summer but I have already ridden 6.88 mi at once. I have lost 50 pounds with less than 60 to go. I rode at the Y first then got my new recumbent trike a few weeks ago. I have 27 miles on it so far.
