One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily
June 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) finish walk way
3) finish blocks for Forest Service quilt
4) scan old photos
It's never too late to be what you might have been.
Way to go! The sky's the limit!

Just finished a VLOG, work on this over the winter. I'll do more.
Fabulous - my goal is ten miles by next summer but I have already ridden 6.88 mi at once. I have lost 50 pounds with less than 60 to go. I rode at the Y first then got my new recumbent trike a few weeks ago. I have 27 miles on it so far.
Subject says it all, blog says the rest. Thought I'd share with everybody. Come a long way since only being able to ride 5 miles at a time back in June!
