One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

___Mar 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) ride 200 miles
3) clean/organize one room and closet weekly
4) complete 1 UFO

Just need to let them know the start time for the Marble City Metric in Sylacauga.
8:00 AM and will registration begin 7-7:30!

Here is an official invitation for all of you to come to Sylacauga, AL and join our little bike club's annual ride, the Marble City Metric Century.

Proceeds are used for a scholarship in memory of a member, and to maintain our mt bike trail. Anyone who would like to ride the trail is more than welcome to bring your mt bike and do both.
