I feel kind of inadequate saying this but my goal is 100 miles for June. I can only ride a few hours on the weekends. I rode 54 miles in May but had some very rainy weekends. I'm hoping to be able to ride both Saturday and Sunday for the month of June.

My goal for June is to complete a 40 mile ride! Yesterday I did a 20 mile ride and probably could have done more if it hadn't gotten so uncomfortable. Also I felt really tired after the ride so it feels like I need to work up to the 40 mile ride. Next week I'll go for a 25 mile ride and just work up to 40 miles in weekly 5 mile increments. Keep riding, everyone! Also - Saturday is my first organized "bike race" so hooray! Only 18 miles so it shouldn't be a problem. :)

Since im just starting im not sure where my numbers would be at but my overall goal for the summer is for 300-500 kms. So my goal for June (broken toe, torn shoulder and all LOL) is just to get out and ride at least 3 times a week, weather depending of course.

Here it is, June already. Where does the time go? I did well with May and worked, rode, or walked outside every day. But now it is getting very hot and dry and I need something different. DH has challenged DD and me to a 5k run, so by the end of June I want to be able to do it. My resolution for June is to train every day and run a 5k.
One Day at a Time: 1) 10,000 steps daily 2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log 3) aerobic or strength train every day 4) 7 hours sleep daily 5) check in with SP daily
Sept 2014 goals: 1) continue re-organizing/de-cluttering one room weekly 2) get back on my nutrition program (this is a MUST) 3) get back on my bike
