Thanx, Don!

I think this is a testament to the value of high intensity interval training. Because spinning classes only last about an hour, and yet they trained me for this.

(I did notice that I felt like getting off the bike after about 50 minutes, though. LOL. Then I got a second wind.)

Never, ever, EVER give up!

From BMI 53 (336 lbs) to under 30. Now aiming for less than 20% body fat.

Probably should have gone faster but I hadn't ridden the route before and was afraid of bonking and getting a DNF for the team. I had plenty of energy left over at the top. Oh well!

I think the last time I rode outside was in September, for a century. Thank Gawd I've been spinning all winter!
