Thanks! Great tips for us flatlanders. Since I pretty much ride all 4 directions on my usual route AND there is almost always a light to strong breeze, I'm always riding at least 25% of my ride in to the wind. In fact, yesterday it seemed 3 of 4 directions I rode were into the wind. That's fine - I am now prepared for my tri on Sunday!

I don't have to worry about riding on flat roads.
Even so I so not ready for hills. :-). Thanks for the thead.

Great tips! Now that we're finally seeing some warmer weather it's time to start fine tuning and kick it into high gear!
