Great ride! I like your 1000 miles by fall goal. I think I'll pick a goal like that for myself. Road 67.5 yesterday - longest ride in nearly 30 years! Looking forward to pulling off a century one day soon. It's good to inspire each other here.

That's a massive ride! I'm trying to work up to that distance, but time and weather has only allowed 30-40 miles to be my top distances.

What a ride. I am working up to that kind of distance, but only started riding again a week ago after 15 years off. I went about 17 miles today (28kms).

Ok time to get off computer and making cards and get my butt out the door to ride the bike. I did run this am. Anyway I need to ride without ipod to get ready for dual this is hard for me. Check in when I get back.

Congratulations!
I just BARELY got back on my bike Monday and went for an 1hr, 20min ride, most uphill.

First time back on bicycle since I broke my pelvic in Jan. Scary, fun, and thrilling.

Attempting to get back to where I was at and compete in a Century....one day soooooon

Way to go! I put in 71 miles so far this week 6/27/10! Ready to ride 62 miles at Ottawa, KS on July 3rd!

wow I want to ride today but had stuff to do this morning and now it is 90 I might wait until 6 or 7 and ride a trail not far from home. I'm impressed go for it I need to get out there doing a dual in August.

I was just waiting for a day when I put some time aside to get my goal of 50 miles in.
Well today with my new Trek 2.1 I rode the bike trail from Southwick, Ma. to Farmington , Ct and back.. 55 miles!

Sure it was relatively flat with some inclines But it still was a 3 hour 50 minute ride.. My glutes are sore as my hamstrings but I figured something would be sore lol..

I'm now over a 1/3 of my goal to ride 1,000 miles by fall...
