My first June resolution is to get outside every day. I have been gardening, walking, and biking. (On rainy days, I will put on my sunglasses and work out inside.) My second resolution is to continue to eat right and loose weight. So far, I have succeeded in both.
My goals are to ride my bike 2x a week for the rest of the month. Track my progress, so I can figure out a mileage goal.
We just moved, so another goal is to get unpacked and settled.
A third goal I have is to meal plan week by week.

I've had a goal of cycling 30 km each week for a while now, & I'm going to keep up with that, as long as the weather's not too nasty. A light sprinkle, I can deal with. A deluge like kept happening yesterday, no, not yet.
120 minutes of cardio each day, 6 days a week, & strength training via resistance band, 4 days each week.
I've not been keeping my home too tidy & it's been driving me nuts. So I'm going to get it tidied up & get rid of a bunch of clutter that I've been wanting to take away on or before next Thursday, & then keep my home tidy & clutter free as much as possible.
I'm going to inline skate at least 20 minutes per day, 3 days a week, minimum.

Here it is, almost the middle of the year. My how time flies. I did pretty well with my May Resolution. Didn't get the entire house organized, but did get 2 rooms a week, which was my goal. With the weather getting warmer (well, for most of us anyway) I am in the mood to do something outside. My goal for June will be to get 30 minutes of cardio outside every day I don't work. This will be in addition to yard work, which is work, but not very cardio for me. I am also going to have to get more serious about my nutrition. We are taking a 30th anniversary trip in August and I would love to reach my goal before then (8 pounds to go).
OK, lets hear your lists. Time to get serious.
