Lesley, the easiest way is to post a blog. There is a button that says add picture, it will browse and you can chose the one to post.

Here is another link that we use on the Android - it is an app probably usable on Iphone as well, others that have gps possibly.

Take a pic when you start and along the way and at the end - it will track your trail and tell you how many miles you went, speed, etc on your phone. Then you can send a link to others to see by email.
