I agree. Watching what you eat (which might be the hardest part, it is for me anyway) and regular workouts. Consistency is the key. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to really start dropping weight but if you stick with it, you will get there.

Riding a bike is one of the best ways to lose weight. I found that even running did not work as well for me as riding has. Riding is a lot more fun too.

Just watch your fat intake, and exercise as much as you can. Cardio at least 30 minutes at a stretch to get the fat burning going. Get that heart rate up to at least 70% of max for quickest results. Oh, and most importantly, don't give up, you can do it!!

Today was my first day back on the bike and to walking!! Yea me!! I pushed for over 2.5 miles, and walked about 40 minutes! I have a small goal to lose at least one pants size by October 9th ( my classes start back) and I want to impress my fellow classmates! Any suggestions to help me reach my small goal?
