I resolve to do 30 mins of running every other day (at least) and bike 3 times a week. I really want to bike to the grocery store, etc. on the weekends... see if I can make that pricey bike help save me some money on gas. And I'd like to make it to the gym as least once a week.

I am having a hard time commiting to a set number of minutes or miles...so I will keep track see how I do and then do better next month.

aprit 1 - 6 mile run
april 2 - 9 mile run
april 3 - 5 mile run
april 4 - off
april 5 - 0ff
april 6 - 4 mile run bought a new heart rate monitor
april 7 - 30 minutes on stationary bike
april 8 - 10 miles cycled
april 9 - off
april 10 - off
april 11 - 20k walk/run
april 12 - 4 mile walk

I can't believe I forgot the resolution thread. I am having way to many Senior Moments these days.

For April (at least the rest of it) I will get 30 minutes of cardio every day.

One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

___Mar 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) ride 200 miles
3) clean/organize one room and closet weekly
4) complete 1 UFO
