I resolve to do 30 mins of running every other day (at least) and bike 3 times a week. I really want to bike to the grocery store, etc. on the weekends... see if I can make that pricey bike help save me some money on gas. And I'd like to make it to the gym as least once a week.
I am having a hard time commiting to a set number of minutes or miles...so I will keep track see how I do and then do better next month.
