I'm all about cross training for the duathlons in which I like to compete, and just to keep me motivated. I've been running a couple of times a week over the summer, but will be concentrating more on running this fall for a couple of events, and I'm giving serious consideration to running a marathon next year, so I'll definitely need to start training for that. I do some strength training once a week at the gym. As the weather turns cold I'll be spending more time at the gym taking a core clas, a spinning class, and maybe do some swimming.

Thanks for the yoga link!
I don't think I do any cross-training per se, but do enjoy other outdoor activities like backpacking, climbing, tennis, and hopefully soon to be running too.
Speaking of cross... any cyclo-cross riders out there?

I found a really great article "Yoga for Cyclists" with some great body tuning advice. I really think yoga is a great choice for bikers.
Here is the link:
What about you, do you do any cross-training?
