I have more obligations this year, but my resolution is to still take the time to ride, get on the elliptical and keep my weight under 130 lbs. Weight training is on the back burner until my elbow gets better, but will get back to that three days a week when I can. The bikes are all checked out and ready to roll for the first time this season. Can hardly wait. We ride about 10-20 miles two to three days a week at least and try to get in a few 50 mile rides. We'll have to play it by ear this year, but we'll definitely be there.

Hi there! I'm new on the team.....and did my first outdoor ride of the year yesterday! It. was. awesome!
I had bunion surgery in late December and wont be officially cleared to ride until next week but I couldn't wait any longer to get out on my road bike.
I rode 10 miles to the bike shop, bought some new jerseys and felt great! Beginning April, I plan to organize a community 25 mile Tuesday morning ride from the new shop. It will get me out and it'll be fun to meet others who can ride during the day.

Well... for me, the good news is that I already do strength training 3 days a week and walk, or ride 2 miles a day. The bad news is that at my weight... I won't want to wear a swim suit either! I'm logging plenty of fitness minutes, eating right, but just not losing weight.

ACK BEV! Did you have to bring up the bathsuits? I showered this morning and realized that after being so joyous last summer to be in my new bikini that this summer I am afraid I won't want to wear any suit at all! :( I've really got to get back into this.
My goal for March is just this...to finally get off my duff daily and do SOMETHING! I haven't hit 1000 fitness minutes since December and part of that was 3 nights going out dancing! :(
Recommitted and re-energized to get back in shape!
My goals are to bike 50 hopefully the weather will get better and I will get out on my bike more. I will run 75 and walk 50 also.

Can you believe it is March already. It will be spring before we know it. I hope everyone did well with their Feb Resolutions, now it is time to start thinking about spring. I really need to start tightening up all those muscles that have not been used much this winter.
For March I will do my strength training at least 3 days a week, and walk 2 miles every day.
Come on everyone, let's get ready for those swimsuits.
