We are about 40 miles south east of Birmingham Alabama.

One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

For October goals are:

1) ride at least twice a week, and use my trainer twice a week
2) get fully back on my nutrition and record daily
3) finish 2 quilts

Our bike club (COGS) in conjunction with the Sylacauga Civitan will once again have our bike ride. It will be April 10th, and this year we will add a 100 mile option in addition to the 65 and 43 miles. There will also be the opportunity to ride 80 miles if you wish. Here is a link to the ride BLOG
