Hello,

My December resolution is to get on my bike once a week. I'm looking forward to a ride on Friday.

Sure thing! Since I realized today that since I started back to school I have put on 9 pounds! *faint* I have been tracking food and exercise and still haven't lost what I wanted to lose. I was in maintenance mode until about 4 months ago! :p

I'm with you Bev. I made a goal to track my intake everyday from the first week in Nov. till New Years. So far I've got a streak going for 4 weeks and it working. I've lost 5 pounds. I want to end this year big. Jan 4th 2009 will be my 1 year sparksaversary. I am not going reach my goal but I will be 25lbs lighter. Then starting 2010 I will only have 12 pounds before reaching my goal.

Im going to streak into the New Year(don't look Ethel)lol and get through the holidays with a loss instead of a gain. Only 4 1/2 weeks to go.

Welcome back SUZSTAR. Ready to streak into the New Year?

Remember Star Wars? Stay on target... stay on target! LOL

Good luck on keeping with the program. I find the hardest part is entering all the foods; even taking advantage of all the "tricks", it still takes a ton of time.

Here it is the beginning of December and time to make our last resolutions of the year. My December resolution will be to stay within my calorie range every day. It will be difficult and require planning, but I will do it.
