My right calf feels really stiff and a little sore but mostly just stiff.
SUN - 6.5 mile run. My legs were a little tired but fine. I did 3/1s but the 3s were at a faster pace because my running partner is faster even though she was slowing b/c of an injury. I stretched afterwards.
MON – 45 min Biggest Loser boot camp class in AM; 30 min spinning class in PM; 10 mins on the treadmill after spinning. I stretched after each session.
My calves felt sore after this class even after I stretched. I was pushing in this class be/c it was only 30 mins. I did 10 mins (walking mostly) on the treadmill to help stretch my legs out.
TUES – 4.25 mile run. My calves still felt still and sore. I felt it most when I took my 1 min walk break. I did a good stretch afterwards.
Today my left calf seem to have loosen up back to normal but my right one is still stiff and just a little sore. Did I pull or strain a calf muscle in spinning?
- lose 50lbs
-stay consistent in my workouts
-strengthen my recently broken ankle
-cosistent training after healing from a stress fracture in my foot
-completed a 10 miler, 10K and a half marathon
-sorry my year ended in Maym 2 weeks after my half marathon when I crash on my bike shattering my ankle. I had surgery and ortho put in 8 screws and a plate.
