Hi Folks

Well Craigslist did it again for me. I was able to get a Polar RS200SD Heart Rate Monitor with foot pod and chest strap for only $60.00 and it included the manual.

This has the feature to do a fit test and establish your own 5 target zones to work out in. Now I hope this will bring a new dimension to my work outs and off-season training as well as during season training.

Since I'm not a runner I have little use for the foot pod. However, the DW is a tri athlete so I will see if she can use the foot pod with just a quick start to track her mileage and pace level? I'm sure she will not want the other items. Her girlfriend (training partner) and her are always wondering how far they ran? So I'm hoping I can get this to work without having to change any of my settings.

Any quick advice as to determine if this can be done?

Oh I almost forgot .........was this a Deal or No Deal purchase?

Jim
