The pictures of Jobst Brandt's yearly tours of the Alps made me want to do the same:
Amazing that they cycled on awful roads up and down mountains without triples.
I've always aanted to tour the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington State. Don't know why, but I am fascinated by that one...
Our anesthesiologist at work took a bike tour of Ireland and said it was absolutely beautiful. I would love to do it some time.
There are a lot of tours in the states you can do, some are kid friendly too.

It's never too late to be what you might have been.
We'd like to tour Italy. We just had a guy come by the other night, we helped with a few things.. he left from here (Reno), and riding his bike to Tuscan, AZ for a job. He's 3 days out now, promised to call when he gets there. So exciting to get to tour.
A ship is safe in harbor, but that's not what ships are for.
Sounds lovely. I think I would like to cycle the Norse countries - Norway, Finland, Sweden. Or even the western U.S. states.

I sure would like to take a nice bike vacation, Ireland or someplace! Kids need to be a little older though.
What a wonderful day! No one in the village doing anything. - Shiki
