+1 on what the others said.
Get it checked out.

If God invented marathons to keep people from doing anything more stupid, the triathlon must have taken Him completely by surprise.
Specificity, specificity, specificity.
The plural of "anecdote" is not "data".

I wouldn't mess around with it, whatever it may be. Go get it checked out to be sure things are alright.
You might have answered it in saying you have had stones in the past and think another might be brewing again. Maybe get an ultrasound to either rule it out or confirm your suspicions?

Recently .... last two intense Wednesday night group rides and one other solo ride I have noticed a pain in the kidney area. It is not lower back pain because I know what that feels like and I have tweaked my adjustment on the bike to get rid of that.
I have 3 kidney stones in the past and this is on the side where I had two of the kidney stones before. This same pain is similar to that pain but not as intense of a moving kidney stone.
So my question is what would cause this? Or is my bike riding telling me thst I may have another stone brewing and will be experiencing this same torture in the near future as I had in the past?
Yes I was well hydrated before each of these occurrence. I was peeing clear but after the ride a slight yellow only to go clear with another water bottle consumption at home after the ride. During the ride I go through 1-2 water bottles
Am I missing something in my diet?
