You mean my fitness log? I am embarassed to say I have not kept any logs for some time. But when I did I just picked the options from the menu to put them in. Never changed anything. I do have a wee computer that gives me speed and distance, but that's it.
Now when I did keep logs my walking was what burned my calories. I work for UPS and I walk 7 or so hrs per day, burns a bit-o-calories...also makes me wonder why I'm still overweight...but I think that just came from a crappy diet, which is what I came here to fix, so now I am losing.
Oh Ok, I was looking at your fitness log and was wondering how you get to the amount of calories you have been burning? I cycle at that speed and wear a heart rate monitor but never burned 299 calories in 18 minutes. That seems like quite a bit..
Where do you that info from? I went to fitness log and typed in cycling at the speed you mentioned for the time you went but it didn't add up to that much. I even spin for an hour at a time high intensity and burn about 800 calories on a real good day, usually more like 600-750
