I just rode my bike to work today for the first time and thought it was a bit harder than I expected...discovered it was probably because of the 15lb backpack I had on (maybe). I was just wondering if anyone tracks this is any particular way, or if the difference is so minimal that it doesn't even make a difference.
I have a heart rate monitor but it doesn't figure calories burned using my heart rate...it's a Garmin and uses distance and speed.
