You're freaking telling me...
The past couple of weeks I've been combining 1:30 of intervals in the basement on my roadbike with an hour or so of aerobic stuff outside on my cross bike. Yesterday I looked out the window, saw that it was sunny, did my intervals, threw on some more layers and left. 5 minutes later I came back to put on another layer and get warmer gloves!
I later learned it was -6C (21F) when I went out...

If God invented marathons to keep people from doing anything more stupid, the triathlon must have taken Him completely by surprise.
Specificity, specificity, specificity.
The plural of "anecdote" is not "data".

I took the bike on an errand this morning, and oh yea, it was chilllly. 31 degrees and breezy. For some reason I really felt it this morning. Maybe because it was damp from snow/rain yesterday evening. And I should have used an extra layer. Ah well.
Summer, summer, where art thou?
A ship is safe in harbor, but that's not what ships are for.
Biking in this morning was COLD (well, for California anyways). Hopefully the ride home will be sunny and warm.
