Welcome new members.
Ok here's the deal. I'm on my 2nd day of a 180 day challenge, to lose 55 lbs and tone up. I have got a photographer to take my "before" photo, yesterday and on the 25th August I'm due back to get my "after" photo, and I plan it to be a success otherwise I'll be very embarrassed.
So my thought was some people are on here to lose weight or to set targets for themselves, like running this distance, cycling this or whatever, the thing is I'm really focused and excited about my plans, so if someone wants to join me, letís let this momentum help as many as possible to achieve or at the minimum make a dent into their targets. WE can do it people but we all need encouragement and help at times so why not help each other. If anyone is interested, blog me, comment me or whatever and let's get going, because I'm doing it regardless of who joins me.
There are some rules though:
1. Set targets that can be achieved
2. Have a plan set out and ready
3. Only I cheat day a week and thatís only for 4 hours and itís not a binge but a small cheat
4. Blog what you plan and tell people
