My 2009 Goals: 1. Do at least 2 sprint triathlons 2. Do at least 1 Xterra 3. Do 1 Olympic triathlon 4. Do at least 2 half marathons 5. Strength train 6. Do yoga at least 2x a week 7. Do pilates at least 2x a week 8. For gosh sakes, get a JOB! And why is this #8? 9. Do at least 10,000 minutes of exercise 10. Run 1,000 miles
Since posting this on my SparkPage a few weeks ago, I managed to accomplish #8. Okay, so it's a contract position rather than a hire position, but it will keep me going until I can find something else.
One more thing to add: Work on my attitude. Not that it's particularly bad, but I know I could accomplish much more in my professional and personal life if I changed my outlook.

Hi, My goal is to FINALLY get this last 6 -8 lbs off by staying on my eating plan at least 90 % of the time. And, to take better care of my spiritual, physical and mental selves. So far, this past year has been one of great awakening and I will continue this year to further uncover the authentic Me. Life is a work in progress. (It's a lot of fun too!)
