I have the Polar F4 (lower end model) and it allows you to enter your stats and then it gives you your best workout range and does track calories burned, your heart rate while you exercise, then gives a summary of time/length of workout, amount of time in range, average rate, highest rate, calories burned and is easy to use.
I will look into that. I guess I'm basically looking for something that will track my calorie burn off rate, heart rate, and then let me know or inform me where I should be at for the maximum benefit of a work out.
Will the Polar F6 accomplish this? And does it have a watch set up to put on the bars of the bike?
