It's funny (well, to me, anyhow)....

I've ridden a bike for years, done LOTS of other workouts, and I'm generally a happy person.

But I get on my bike and something inside just wakes up; shouts, "Hooray!"; starts jumping over curbs and flying through puddles.

I think my Inner DareDevil hangs out with my bike, just waiting for me to remember how much fun we have together.

I hope you enjoy your rides as much as I enjoy mine. *grins*

WOO HOO! May the blessings of riding fall gently on your shoulders and into your life, and may the loose dogs never be able to keep up with your speed and agility!

Keep the fun alive! Every time I hear a story like this I get motivated again to ride and ride and ride. I hope you keep riding and remember that speed does not matter when you are having fun.

Congrats! Every pedal rotation is progress! Cycling isn't so much about miles and hills, though they are fun, as it is about just riding. Keep on pedalling!

I just had to share that I went on my first bike ride in about 7 or so years yesterday. It was very exciting. We picked up our bikes late Saturday from REI (had ordered them online) so we didn't get to test them out until yesterday.

It was just a leisurely 4 miles, but it was a lot of fun! :D We could have gone further, but I had just some intense circuit training before hand. I wanted to use the ride as my long cool down.

Yay! I had SO much fun. I think this will be something I can really get into. :D

I need to stop saying "if" or "when" and just do it. That's why I'm here. Let's do this together!
