Texas has the Texas Bicycle Coalition http://www.biketexas.org/ . I noticed that there is a page about the ride of silence (under accident awareness) and links to their advocacy efforts.

Not much help right away but I'll research my state and see what I can come up with for you though.
Hi, in Oregon we have the Bicycle Transportation Alliance which is a state wide advocacy group. They are at BTAblog.org. They do sponsor a legal class every once in a while so they could be a resource. Mary
I'm off to my ___dance____ lesson!
Try this site. You may look for your state specifically. I am in Colorado and the laws here are strong about cyclists sharing the road with other vehicles....
Good luck and sorry about your accident.
January goal: fit into ski pants by months end! Ack!

i'm taking my case to court (second bike v. car accident). along with the 75 questions they have required for me to answer beforehand, i would like to submit a statement on behalf of cyclists who have lost their lives or suffered otherwise due to the carelessness of a driver. at the close of this case i hope to raise awareness educating drivers at least one at a time... any help would be appreciated.
