I have decided to make a better effort to lose weight this year...in the past I tried running and would end up with an injury that would put me down for a couple of weeks at a time...and I would loose that initial motivation. I started riding my bike and can already feel the burn...which is great.
My budget is limited but I would love to start tracking my actual miles traveled....any suggestions would be much appreciated....I'm also trying to teach my daughter (6yrs) to ride her bike so I will have at least one partner in the future.
