Sounds like you guys have fun and it's nice to have a wrench in the family emoticon

BTW I'm getting a brand new Ridley Excalibur in about three weeks, but I will only be installing a computer and water bottle cage

He has a very understanding girlfriend too! I'm already wondering how I'm going to justify getting a TT rig to the DW.... I already promised her no new bikes until 2009 so I have some time.

EDITED to add: Marnie, what size is the frame? I know someone who is in the market for a decent frame and could potentially be interested.

In God we trust, all others bring data.
- W. Edwards Demings

If God invented marathons to keep people from doing anything more stupid, the triathlon must have taken Him completely by surprise.

LOL! Isn't great that he can just get a new road bike instead?

We got them out for a ride this afternoon.. a short 22 miler before the sun set. He's happy... hallelujah. If he went through girlfriends like he went through road bikes, this woman would be in serious trouble and posting on one of those singles websites.

I sit here, one eye on my nutty boyfriend. He is in the process of switching parts.. he has an Orbea Opal road bike... a very nice bike. But the man came across a Titus Modena road bike frame. It's titanium and carbon fiber. And it was delivered today. And now he has that maniacal glint in his eye. LOL He's swapping his campy record parts over to the new frame as I type this. He's so cute. I hope he likes his new ride. I think this will be his 4th road bike in 2 years. He always finds something better. Cracks me up.

I've had two road bikes in 2 years.. a Giant OCR C3 carbon bike, and now a custom Ridley road bike, all Campy on that as well, Ksyrium wheelset. We love our bikes, and he sure makes me smile when he's like a little boy, building up another. The Orbea Opal will be finding it's way on Ebay soon.

That's how we're spending the afternoon. WIth a little luck, we may get in a short road ride this afternoon/evening. It doesn't take him long to build up a bike, I've seen it more times than I can count. LOL
