W: Way to go! I just went for a ride last night with KJ. She happened to be down here from LA on business. We were not trying to fly down the road like you are but we kept our pace. :D Well I'm glad to hear that you are riding so fast. Way to go on all you have done. I'll keep my eye open for where you are posting.

Heh... I guess I've just gotta post in the right threads :-)

Still kicking. Keeping an eye on weight, but focusing mostly on performance right now. Really enjoying riding fast(er). Got to hammer the carbon last night on our Tuesday/Thursday ride (affectionately known as the Popsicle) - 23 miles at 20.4 mph... And I finished in the front group!

Carbon is a great way to go. Although it is getting cheaper it is still outside the price of some riders. It's very nice to see that most all bikes have at least a carbon fiber fork.

WD: Glad to see that you are still around. I haven't seen you on in a while. You are really a success story and inspiration. Way to go dropping all that weight.

Just passed the 3k mile mark on my Fuji Team RC! Love the carbon!

For the record, though... I also really love my steel Bianchi San Jose and my steel Co-Motion tandem...

Glad to hear it. I just got my first carbon fiber road bike in October of last year and only got to ride it twice(in the light snow). Can't wait to get out and see what everyone loves about it. Am really not appreciating the MI weather right now.

Yes it is really nice stuff, I have 4 carbon bikes from different Brands, and its funny how the stiffness differs in geometry and the weave of the carbon =)
