Today I bought a spaghetti squash instead of making myself real spaghetti. I had enough calories for the noodles but I like to snack so that gave me so play with my food for the day.

Woke up early and completely rearranged our schoolroom... Now just have to put all our books supplies etc. away... I know it may not be completely fitness related, but so proud I did it all by myself..(moving furniture etc.)

Today I treated MYSELF to a new XBox game--Your Shape Fitness Evolved 12. . . and I LOVED it. . . I loved that it encouraged me to have fun and play. . . I loved that my BodyMedia Fit showed that playtime PAID, in the way of a great burn. I loved that my overweight 11 year old couldn't stand for me to have a "high score," and that he jumped on right after me. . .I loved that I felt strong, like I really CAN do this, and I had an amuse bouche of success--and I LOVED IT!!! :-)

Sometimes you have to treat and indulge yourself in order to lose some weight! You can't be so strict.

Yesterday DH and I went to a restaurant for dinner, we had bread and butter, but each piece of bread size was about 1 inch, and for dessert 1 godiva chocolate candy and today we woke up 1.6 pound less!

Still cooking healthy, will 2-3 miles walk.

What I did good today? well...

I did sleep more than 8 hours
I will cook healthy breakfast, a healthy lunch with 2 yummi snacks.
Today is my "rest" day from exercise but I want to do 20 minutes pilates and walk 2 miles, everything in the comfort of my house.

After having a few cocktails last night, I still got up early this morning and walked the dog for a good 45 minutes. I made an "egg"cellent breakfast of my famous egg white oatmeal pancake, finished it off with some low sodium V-8 and now I am getting ready to go for a hike to let the dog loose and me too a little!

I woke up this morning motivated to do a great job throughout my day...and I did. Then, I logged in here, which motivated me to workout a lil...which made me feel better about myself. I'm back tracking ... fell of the bandwagon in September because of unresolved health issues in myself and in my young daughter. Managed to keep exercising and limit my intake, so my weight was maintained, but of course it didn't go down. Also, I've not been eating healthy. So I'm back to tracking at least and maybe I'll even try to drop a bit :-)

Bought myself a set of dumbbells and ate the salad and soup bar at Pizza Inn. I can't believe I was able to pass by all that good food. I did it! emoticon

Nice job on getting to work on time!

Yesterday after biking to/from work, I managed to do a 25 minute strength training video in after I got home. I struggle with ST and have been working hard the last month or more to make it a consistent part of my routine.

I started tracking again. I took a break because I had bad health issues and lots to do. The weight was doing fine for a long time - but then it creeped up 3 lbs over the last 3 weeks. Time to return to the tried and true approach of tracking every bite.
