1. Calories: 500+ deficit
2. Water: Drink 8 cups of water
3. Nutrition: Eat 3 servings of fruits/veggies
4. Fitness: Do 30 min of cardio or strength
5. Wild Card: Take suppliments

9/1 - 1/5 (cough, cough)
9/2 - 5/5 (much better!!)
9/3 - 5/5 (woo-hoo!!)
9/4 - 3/5 (rest day for exercise/forgot suppliments)
9/5 - 4/5 (SO close/493 calorie deficit)
9/6 - 3/5 (didn't count calories/not enough water)
9/7 - 3/5 (not enough deficit/not enough water)

My goal is to reach all 5 of my personal set goals MOST days for the month of September!

1. Calories: 1200-1550
2. Water: Drink 10 cups of water
3. Nutrition: Eat 2 serving of fruits/veggies
4. Fitness: Do 60 min of cardio or strength
5. Wild Card: no more than 2 cocktails per day
