Right now, mine are to:
1.) Maintain an average of 2.5 pounds per week weight loss until I get to April 29, 2011. I will be under another number in the hundreds place, and I will be far happier with my body. My reward for that will be a makeover. Haircut, colored, manicure, pedicure, and so on.
2.) I have been waiting to reach my 100 pound weight loss mark from my surgery, and I am 10.5 pounds away. My official weight at my surgeons office is 117.5, but I am counting from surgery. My reward for this will be a full body massage.
3.) Get in 5 hours a week of cardio exercise and 2 of strength training. I don't really have a specific reward for this, but to me the number going down on the scale the way it is supposed to and my clothes getting bigger on me are rewarding enough.
4.) One goal I have outside of weight loss is saving money. I need to be putting some money away for a rewards fund so I can go do my rewards when I earn them. My goal is to save $200 in the remainder of the year, which puts me at saving $50 per month (including September).
I have more goals, but this is a good start. Anyone else want to join in?
