I personally don't like challenges that much, I just like the discussions. I'm sorry you're leaving. I just got here, so I'm sorry I won't get to know you.
Heading to Healthy One Day at a Time!
I guess everyone joins a team for different reasons. Challenges is not one that I usually get too involved in. I like the support and sharing given by the teams that I participate in. I guess each of us need to find the teams that suit our needs. That is my take on teams.
Thanks to everyone on the team for sharing tips. I read them all and use many of them and these keep me focused on making choices that will slowly but surely make me feel better. I hope to retire pretty early because I forgo many perks that I don't need and most of my friends have. Spending is addictive and so is not spending.
I am sorry that I have not done enough but, I am doing this for Sixty who asked to help out. I am only one person trying hard to keep this Team together for Her! I have been doing this on my own Kurt has been MIA. We Challenge each other everyday in our chats. We each can make a New Topic and make a Challenge for all of us it doesn't have to come from a Team Leader. You know of a Challenge that you would to put out there and and see if anyone would be interested in it and then post it.
But, leaving a Team do to the fact that there is not enough Challenges - Well, that is up to you but, I find that a little crazy. I agree with CATMAGNET you do need to motivate yourself too. I am only one person and I am trying to do my best but, I guess that just isn't good enough. I am very sorry that you are leaving and that I wasn't a good enough leader for you.

Why wait to create a challenge? Why not create one of your own for others to participate in?
I had joined this group, because I'm working on being more frugal, especially since I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with getting rid of my credit card debt as well as reaching my goal weight-wise, and just looking for tips, not challenges. Everyone has different reasons for joining groups.
As far as seeking sources of motivation, that should be coming from within anyways. Inspiration can always reinvigorate that motivation, but the source really needs to be internal for this process to truly be effective and permanent.
Just my two cents. :)

I joined this team because there use to be a lot of activity on it, like challenges and such. I have been hanging in in the hopes someone would start another challenge or something. I just can't wait anymore I have to find new teams that can motivate me and keep me inspired. Thank you for helping me get this far on my journey.. Good luck to all of you with your journey's.
Remember, YOU ARE WORTH IT!
