If you clear the history or empty the cache, do your saved passwords disappear?

Once that happened to me and it was a mess trying to input them all again. emoticon

GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

thanks for posting about this! I am trying to check into it. I got the issue but I actually first read about it in a dentist or doctor's office! I am curious about these things. Chris emoticon

I finally found a pop-up for the firefox options.
I had to explore it as it had about ten tabs. I finally found a place to remove the cookies.
Will see what happens next.

I have a an orange Firefox tab in uppermost left hand corner of screen. Click & then choose OPTIONS. Box appears_CLEAR NOW & click OK. In addition, I also routinely clear my HISTORY. emoticon

The article says that if you use FIREFOX, which I do, to do the following:
Press CTL+ALT+DEL and then select CLEAR EVERYTHING or Clear NOW.

I have tried it, but my windows program responds by wanting to shut down the computer or start TASK MANAGER, etc.

If you know a different way of doing this, I am open to it.

Feel free to comment on anything else in Readers Digest.
