went shopping
it went so and so
made some good and some bad purchase
bought allot of store brand things ( good choice)
bought a big box of ariel detergent not store brand
it usual costs 23.00 and i got it 13.00 euros and it also gave a whitener with it that usual costs 6.00 free
the bad choices now:
i bought a small very small box of brownies
well i hadn't eaten a brownie for 20 years
it cost me 2.00 euros
2 euros for 6 small pieces
well i'm only human
also bought cookies
in the end of the week will be going over to my nieces house and can't go there empty handed
so i will make her and her parents a cookie cake,,,
it is not that unhealthy
you need cookies( the cookies are whole wheat), vanila flavored pudding that i make with fresh milk
and lemon jello sugar free
so i did pretty good
now the little things like meat and milk will be buying from my village
i will not drive 30 minutes to go to supermarket

HI! CAPS FOR VISION IMPAIRED.

emoticon BILB, YOU BRUGHT BACK MEMORIES OF THIS GIRL IN HIGH SCHOOL. SHE WANTED RED HAIR SO SHE PUT 3 BOTTLES OF IODINE IN A HALF QUART OF WATER & POURED IT OVER HER HEAD & LEFT IT FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS BEFORE SHE RINSED IT OUT. SHE GOT HER WISH. IT WAS BRIGHT RED & LASTED ALMOST THE WHOLE SCHOOL YEAR. HER MOTHER WASN'T HAPPY! emoticon

We don't eat out much at all and we use the dried beans, too ! Since, I'm loosing weight, my clothes are getting too big, so I'm going to start looking at consignment stores and garage sales for some smaller clothes (and take a tape measure with me).

yard sales=new clothes in my size!
Coupons to buy hair color that I cover the gray myself! I usually pay around $2 to $3.
These things help! Then when I go shopping, I can buy things I still need. Have a great shopping day!

When I lived in Italy I tried dying my hair with elderberry juice. There were plenty of elders growing wild, lots of fruit in the middle of summer. Italians didn't seem very interested in it. I just crushed the berries until I had some juice and put it through my hair. Left it an hour or so. Note: this is the kind of thing best done naked or in clothes that will look better with splodges of slaughterhouse purple. After an hour I rinsed hair with plain water. Initial colour is kind of very dark purple. Goes blackish brown (or brownish black, let's be fair) as it oxidises. Gradually washes out.
Ta-da! Natural and cheap, and fun; probably not something I'll do again though you never know. But I was writing a poem about elder at the time and something that turned up in the research was that Romans had used elderberry juice as a hair blackener.

Mmmmm, beans! Happy shopping day.
