I never heard of this, but . . .
I have heard of an item that sent electroshock to the back for a specific problem with back muscles. There had been high hopes for it as a treatment to strengthen back muscles. After a research study, they found that it didn't really do any thing. so, I wonder if it would be worth the money.

emoticon HI! (CAPS FOR VI)

MY AUNT HAD A BEAUTY SHOP/EXERCISE PLACE. SHE WAS VISITING MY GRANDMA & GRANDMA WAS ASKING ABOUT THE EXERCISE MACHINES. MY AUNT SAID THE ONE MOST USED WAS THE LEAST HELPFUL. THAT WAS THE EXERCISE BELT. WHAT WORKED THE BEST WAS THE RESISITING MACHINES. AFTER THE SOLD & MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE SHE REFUSED TO HAVE THE EXERCISE MACHINES IN HER BEAUTY SHOP. TOO MANY PEOPLE THOUGHT THEY'D GET RESULTS FAST WITH LITTLE EFFORT. SHE GOT TIRED OF THEM COMPLAINING & NOT USING COMMON SENCE. SHE HAS A GREAT FIGURE BUT KNEW WHICH TO USE & SHE WATCHED HER DIET LIKE A HAWK. emoticon

I don't see why those would work. Isn't the point to use your own energy to contract muscles? Isn't that how you burn calories?

I've never tried it, but I'm skeptical of how well it works. It sounds too much like one of those "quick fixes" that don't really do anything. Buyer beware indeed!

Had a friend who got it. She said that it didn't work at all. What it was support to do it didn't get a enough zap to do anything. Personally I think most of the items you see on TV as not true. So, buyer beware.

I have never heard of it or tried it. I also have had serious stomach surgeries...like 5 and none of which were c-sections so they are all on the upper part of my stomach. I would be interested in hearing what people have to say as well.

Has anyone tried the contour belt for your abs? To strengthen your muscles? I have had 3 csections and a hysterectomy as well as lapros, so the damage to y stomach muscles r huge.. A friend of mine ( not on sparks) swears by this belt, but i am unsure.. It send electroshock to your muscles.. An input would be great!
