This year my new years resolution was to not take on anything new, focus on becoming healthy and descern where I should be serving and let go of other things even if they are good.
I have lost 50 pounds, walked 2 in 5k's, backpacked a 30 mile trail, and resigned from a board of directors. My momentum is GREAT thanks to SparkPeople!!!
~Christina My word of the year is TRANSFORMATION 2 Corinthians 3:18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. EST Northern KY
I know I made resolutions, but I can't, for the life of me, remember what they were. Despite that, I'm really happy with my progress toward losing weight, eating well, and getting enough exercise, thanks to Sparkpeople.

I didnít make resolutions because of frustration over weight gain despite reasonable food and exercise. Blaming it on age (57) and everything else was easier than finding a solution. Last April I was diagnosed with hypothyroid. Yippee! Another excuse! It took me a couple of months to take control. I have to eat and exercise for good health even if I donít lose a lb. So, my momentum right now is the highest itís been all year.
