I'm on the ab-train! I am convinced that there's a six pack lurking under there somewhere. I've lost some weight but still nothing. I'm afraid I am going to have to actually do some sort of core exercises! Haha! Today is my 3rd day of doing 100 crunches. Maybe that will help.

Second would be my tharms. That's thigh-arms. My arms are just big. I was doing pushups for a while but I haven't been lately. Maybe I should stop being such a slacker! Pushups are good for the abs too!

My belly! I'm convinced I don't have any abdominal muscles. They're just not there. Leslie Sansone says to tighten them, but don't suck in because you'll cut off the air. That's the only thing I can do!
And, no, I'm not going to do sit-ups. The last time I tried that, I had a back ache for 2 days.

Oh, my midsection! I have the typical diabetic lots-of-lard midsection, which makes me look like a rubber ball with legs and also: "Fat cells in your belly are different from those on your hips. The blood that flows from belly fat goes directly to your liver, whereas the blood that flows from your hips goes into your general circulation. The livers of those who store fat in their bellies are blocked from removing insulin by the extra fat and therefore do not remove insulin from the bloodstream as effectively as the livers of people who store fat primarily in their hips. People who store fat primarily in their bellies have higher blood insulin and sugar levels, which raise levels of the bad LDL cholesterol that causes heart attacks, and lower levels of the good HDL cholesterol that prevents heart attacks."

The whole part. Parts of me are moving south and my address has not changed. I thought there was a proper place for everything and everything in it's proper place. Ok so I want everything back in it's proper place.

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.

I said stomach.
