I am bumping this to the top as we have a lot of new member and at least half of them are new to spark people. There are links worth reviewing, if you haven't done so for a few months, on the very first post. I am no I need to review them too. It is too easy to try to eat "cheap" as opposed to healthy. We need to keep in mind, that being healthy has an end result of being frugal.

14 of 16 and I was a little bit unsure of a couple others. An index card and a deck of cards are pretty close. But I did guess right. At the Spark convention in Cincinatti one of the coaches showed us the plate portions. A pretty good review though.

I got 14 out of 16. I know I only missed two, but I should have known better on the two incorrect choices.
I prefer to weigh my food in order to establish proper portion sizes. Since purchasing an electronic kitchen scale and regularly weighing my food, I have become more familiar and better aware of proper portions and acceptable weights.
