I don't have any particular recipes, but I have found that using a slow cooker is a great time/life saver. You can put in your food in the morning and then by dinner time it's done. This is much cheaper than eating out all the time and requires little time.
Good luck in school and sticking with your healthy eating habits!

I work at a university, and one of the first things that goes when money gets tight is healthy eating. Does anyone have any favourite recipes that are beyond cheap? I'm looking to start a cooking on a budget group for these students and would love any inspiration you can give.
