YAY! Way to go Amber!!!! I don't know, I can only weight myself at the grocery store because I don't have a scale. But, I feel better, and I know that I'm eating better and have cut WAY back on the sugar!

So far so good. I have lost 4.9 pounds, and feel a little better. My nutrtion is better, although not perfect ( dang cousins subs! ) and i definetly need to get motivated to exercise more. That I have slacked on a bit. All in all I am satified with week one.
