I always do better in writing. After doing the healthy living tango for so long, I can manage without it, but I do find myself not wanting to write down anything that isn't healthy!
I have done pretty good for about a year now, only having a minor slip for about 8 weeks back in the spring when I lost my job unexpectedly. I do interval running most days and avoid all the whites in my diet, sticking to veggies, fruits and protein most of the time.
That said, I went to the Fl run for DMB 2 weeks ago, and took a break from running...and haven't started back! I begin a new job on Monday so I will have to learn how to manage it all again, for the sake of my health.
