Lots of daylight!!!!! The Indy weekend will be right on the summer solstice (Sunday the 22nd). This is great for early morning workouts, it is light most the the hour! I love this time of year although fall is my favorite time. September is the best month of the year----warm days, cool nights, blue skies, no humidity. I did 67 min of varied exercise, interval training. Feel good, no weak spots/injuries right now. My old bones are not letting me down!
Just need to get my eating better--too many indiscretions to make the calorie balance even. If I track, I KNOW why I don't lose, can't make excuses. I am really motivated today to change it around to get down for our Graduation Party---I know I can do it, I've done it before.
