Yay! She's back. Keep on swimming!
I did 60 min boot camp this morning=== I went to the class dressed badly --the temperature, unbeknownst to me, had dropped 15 degrees overnight. I came in shorts and a short sleeve athletic sweat wicking shirt (at least it was not a tank top)--- I almost left because I was about to wimp out and decide I was cold, my friends even offered their sweatshirts but I did not want to do that because I feared they might not fit, especially from my trainer! But I stayed out of the breeze and worked extra hard to get warm faster, even to the point of sweating and then getting cold again in the wind. But I stayed, and I was glad at the end. Really trying hard not to miss any classes M-F all the way until 4th of July weekend. I am also trying to do additional things on weekends (fun stuff like biking, rollerblading, hiking) and maybe even on my day off (Thursday).
