I am so busy lately, not much time for recipes. I am part of a garden co-op and I get about just enough time to bring them home and in between running out the door of coming I can wash a few tomatoes, or pepper to eat them raw like they are, sometimes can steam some squash and eggplant and make a salad which basically looks like goolosh when I get done with it. Guess I am just going to have to buy this book and see what I can do with it. Can anyone tell me what they do out of the book?
