I just started walking again after being on and off again. this year I decided it's the year I will make a difference. well to answer your question, you will need to go to your account preference and add the ticker from there, but it doesn't keep track of how much you walked, but you are welcome to look and see if there is something that matches like minutes on fitness, etc. Take a look, below are the steps to reach the ticker page.
Step 1: go to the start page
Step 2: go to the top of the page under the start words and under the welcome you will see a link for account/email.
Step 3: go to the tab on top of the page called community
step 4: go to edit community preference and click on signature & ticker
step 5: select which ticker you would like to use (there are several)
