I walk about five minutes, stop to stretch five to ten minutes,then resume my walk.

I have been walking everyday for a month. I tried to workout on my Total Gym and it proved to me just how out of shape I am. I have 0 flexibility and spend more time grunting and groaning in an effort to get into position than I did exercising. Does anyone have suggestions for stretching? I am looking for beginner moves!!
