I have been inactive with this team and I am sorry.. I have been walking on the treadmill all Winter and even bumped it up a notch by downloading this walking coaching app on my phone Love, love , love it.. it really has trained me into be a better power walker,
I even used it this past weekend when I did the American Heart Run/Walk 5k because you can change the settings for out side walking or running.. which I do a little bit of both but really it is more a jog.. LOl
So I am back and plan on putting more miles on.. and getting the rest of the weight off.
just one Question do you have any team challenges going on? I would love to join in.
