Didn't lose any weight last week, but I did maintain the 2 lb loss from last week. My goal is to lose 5 lbs in April, so I am pushing to get 2 more pounds off this week. I will be doing circuit training 5 days this week! Wish me luck!

In mid July I made it to 114.2 wow! then the weight started to go up little by little until last week when I reached 120 and I said no NO no.

so right now (today) I am 118.8.

I just want to get back to 115.

I noticed, that is so easy to gain pounds but not so easy to lose it......on my honeymoon in one week I gained 6.4 lbs, went from 115.2 to 121.6 not too bad, considering all the alcohol I had. Three days later after back home I was in 118.4, since then the lowest has been today 116.2, 12 days later. And I haven't stop exercising!!!!

I know the scale below shows an extra measure of 5 lbs., but is because I added another 5 pounds for my second goal and maintenance.

I managed to lose 3 lbs last week!! I am(briefly) at 223. I Really want to accomplish my goal of 20 lbs in two months for a challenge I joined.
